Exodus Oxy Thermic Cutting Electrodes

With its balanced alloy composition the Exodus delivers an outstanding performance, combined with a constant temperature at the tip of approximately 6000°C it will cut or melt nearly every material. The Exodus can be used for both underwater and surface applications. Utilizing the Exodus simply requires an industry standard underwater cutting torch, DC Welding Inverter, Safety Insolation Switch and an appropriate oxygen source.

Once the Exodus is ignited, using no more than 150Amps at the tip, it will remain burning as long as an oxygen fow is maintained. The alloy wires are crimped on such a way that an optimal oxygen fow is accomplished.

• 3/8” (9.5mm) x 18” (46cm) or 3/8” (9.5mm) x 36” (92cm)

• Copper washed seamless tube holding 7 alloy wires

• For insulation, increased visibility and optimal safety all Exodus rods are coated with a strong blue PVC tape.

• Exodus electrodes are supplied in solid user-friendly boxes of 50pcs (approx 9kg) for the 18” model and 50pcs (approx 18kg) for the 36” model
